TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR FOREIGN EXHIBITOR
A deposit of 50% of the contract value is payable on acceptance of the offer, the balance to be paid 30 days before commencement of the fair. Payment to be made in favour of the "BOARD OF EXTERNAL TRADE" A/C No. 012105014907 National Bank of Commerce Samora Branch, Dar es Salaam. Swift Code No. NLCBTZXAOT8.

TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR LOCALEXHIBITOR
A deposit of 50% of the contract value is payable on acceptance of the offer, the balance to be paid 30 days before commencement of the fair. Payment to be made in favour of the "BOARD OF EXTERNAL TRADE" A/C No. 01j1020688000-CRDB Bank-Holland House Branch.

CONDITIONS, CANCELLATION AND VALIDITY
 This offer creates a binding contract on acceptance by the Board of External Trade (BET). Should an applicant cancel this Contract penalties for cancellation will be imposed in line with the terms of participation which are an integral part of his contract and contained in the Exhibitors Manual published by BET. This contract is government by "Terms of Participation”contained in the Exhibitor’s Manual" published by BET.
